How do I pay on Pikbon?

Shop products are paid in cash on receipt. Nothing is paid in Pikbon. Subscriptions are paid online.

You pay cash when you receive your product, to the shop or the driver. Nothing is paid in Pikbon for shop products.

For a shop product

You pay cash on receipt.
The total is the one on your order. You agree on the delivery price with the shop.
Pikbon never receives, holds or pays back the money from a product sale.
Want to pay another way or in advance? Talk to the seller in Messages. Pikbon is not involved in this arrangement.

For digital products

They are paid online on a secure payment page.

Refund

The refund of an accepted return is settled between you and the seller.
To know how, read “How do I return a product?”.

If it doesn't work

You have a problem with an order: write to the shop first in Messages.
You can't agree: write to support@pikbon.com with the order number. It is on your receipt, after the # sign.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay a shop product by mobile money or card?

Pikbon does not offer online payment for these products. If you want to pay another way, talk to the seller. Pikbon is not involved in this arrangement.

Can I pay before delivery?

Only if the seller agrees. Write to them in Messages. Pikbon is not involved.

Does Pikbon refund me?

No. Pikbon does not hold the money from sales. The refund is settled with the seller.

Where do I find the order number?

On the receipt of your order, after the # sign. Open the order in My purchases, then download the receipt.
