How do I reply to a customer?

Tap Messages at the bottom of the screen, open the chat, write your reply and tap Send. You can also write from an order.

Steps

1. Tap Messages, at the bottom of the screen.
2. To see only your buyers, tap Buyers.
3. Tap the customer's chat.
4. Write in Write a message….
5. Tap Send.

From an order

6. Open your profile and tap Orders.
7. Tap Message on the order.

If it doesn't work

• You see “No conversations yet”? No customer has written to you for now.
• The customer writes on WhatsApp? Reply to them on WhatsApp.
