What is Pikbon?

Pikbon connects buyers with independent shops. Pikbon does not sell the products and does not hold your money.

Pikbon connects buyers and shops. The shops are independent: they sell their products, Pikbon does not sell them.

Each shop chooses its products, its prices and its delivery. Pikbon provides the website and the messaging between buyer and seller.

Who is it for?

How does it work?

  1. The seller publishes products in their shop.
  2. The buyer picks a product and places an order.
  3. The shop receives the order and organises the delivery.
  4. The buyer pays in cash when the order arrives, directly to the shop or the courier.

Fees, delivery and payment

Example

Awa sees a bag for 6,000 FCFA in a shop. She orders, writes her neighbourhood, then pays 6,000 FCFA to the courier when she receives the bag. Delivery fees, if any, are agreed with the shop or the courier.
