How do I become a Pikbon driver?

Open Settings, tap Become a driver, pick your transport, write your area and send. Your driver space opens right away.

Before you start

• Log in to your Pikbon account. If not, Pikbon asks you to.
• Have the name of your neighbourhood or city ready.

Steps

1. Open Settings and more.
2. Tap Become a driver.
3. Under Mode of transport, tap Motorbike, Bicycle, Car or On foot.
4. In Delivery zone, write where you deliver. Example: Abidjan - Cocody, Marcory, Yopougon.
5. Tap Send my application.
6. Your driver space opens. You see Available deliveries.

If it doesn't work

• You see “You're already a Pikbon driver”? You are already a driver. Nothing to redo.
• The button does nothing? Check your connection, then tap Send my application again.
• Delivery zone is required. Write at least your neighbourhood.

Good to know

• You also manage your driver profile in Settings and more.
• The delivery price is agreed with the shop and the customer. Pikbon does not transfer money.

Who sets the delivery price?

You, with the shop and the customer. Pikbon sets no price and does not transfer money.

How do customers find me?

They find you in Find a driver, if your profile is public. Shops can also recruit you.
