How do I get a product on Pikbon Digital?

Open Pikbon Digital, pick a product, tap Get it now or Get it for free, then pay on the secure payment page without leaving Pikbon.

Open Pikbon Digital, pick a product, then tap the buy button. For a free product it is Get it for free. Otherwise it is “Get it now” with the price.

Steps

1. Open Discover, then tap Pikbon Digital.
2. Tap a product. Read What you'll get and Who is it for?.
3. Tap the buy button. Sign in if Pikbon asks you to.
4. The secure payment page opens inside Pikbon. Pay. You do not leave Pikbon.
5. You receive your product. You find it in the Ateliat app, with all your digital products.

If it doesn't work

• You see “Sign in to continue your purchase.”: sign in, then try again.
• You see “Couldn't start the purchase right now. Please try again in a moment.”: wait a little, then tap the button again.
• You see “This product is no longer available.”: pick another product.

Good to know

• Payment is made on a secure page. Pikbon never asks for your code or your card.
