# How do I use the cart?

> Tap Add to cart, open the cart, then tap Place order. Products from several shops make several orders.

Tap **Add to cart** on each product. Open the cart, then tap **Place order**.

## Before you start

- Log in to your account. You must be 18 or older.
- Get ready your name, your number and your delivery place.

## The steps

1. Open a product.
2. Tap **Add to cart**.
3. Do the same with the other products.
4. Tap the round button with a bag and a number, at the bottom right.
5. Check your products in **Cart**.
6. Tap **Place order**.
7. Fill in your name, your number and your delivery place in **Complete your order**.
8. Tap **Confirm my order**.
9. Look at the **Order confirmed** screen.
10. Tap **Continue shopping** to go back to the products.

## Several shops

If your cart has products from several shops, a message tells you.

Pikbon creates one order per shop. Each seller only receives their own products.

On **Order confirmed**, you see one card per shop, with its total and its state.

## In the cart

- Tap “−” or “+” to change the quantity.
- Tap the red bin to remove a product.
- **Subtotal** and **Total** are at the bottom. If the shops are in different countries, you see one total per currency.
- Tap **Continue shopping** to close the cart and see more products.

## If it doesn't work

- You see **Your cart is empty**: add a product first.
- The button says **Choose a variant**: choose an option for each attribute of the product.
- A product is no longer available: remove it from the cart, then start again.
- Your session expired: log in, then tap **Place order** again.
- The order fails: check your cart and try again.

## Good to know

- You pay nothing in Pikbon. You pay cash on receipt.
- You agree on the delivery price with each shop. Pikbon adds no fee.

Tap Profile, then My purchases. You see the state of each order there.
