# How do I find a driver on Pikbon?

> Open Find a driver, pick your country, type your area, then message the driver or request a delivery. No purchase needed.

Open **Find a driver**, pick your country, type your area in **My area**, then tap a driver to message them or request a delivery. No need to buy first.

## Steps

1. Tap **Find a driver**.
2. Under **Country**, pick your country.
3. In **My area**, write your neighbourhood or city. Example: Accra, Osu. Pikbon never locates you.
4. You can also write a name, a neighbourhood or a city in the search bar.
5. Read the labels **Same neighbourhood**, **Same city**, **Same country**. They tell you how close the driver is.
6. Tap a driver to open their profile.
7. Tap **Write in Pikbon** or **Call**, or tap **Request a delivery**.

## Request a delivery

1. Tap **Request a delivery**.
2. In **Pickup location**, write where to collect the parcel.
3. In **Delivery location**, write where to bring it.
4. In **Note**, add anything that helps the driver (optional).
5. Tap **Send request**. Your request reaches the driver in the messaging.

## If it doesn't work

- You see “No driver available in this country right now.”? Try another country in **Country**.
- You see “No driver matches your search.”? Remove a word from the search, or clear **My area**.
- Pikbon asks you to log in? That is normal to message a driver or request a delivery. Log in, then try again.

## Good to know

- Price and timing are agreed with the driver, in the messaging. You keep a written record.
- A profile with “Verified identity” is a verified profile. You also see their deliveries and rating.
- A problem with a driver? Tap **Report this driver** on their profile.

### Do I need to have bought something to look for a driver?

No. The page works without an account and without a purchase. To message a driver or request a delivery, you must log in.

### Does Pikbon locate me?

No. You write your own neighbourhood or city in **My area**.

### How much does delivery cost?

The price is agreed with the driver. Pikbon sets no price.
