How do I delete a product?

Open the product with the small pencil, tap Delete this product, then Delete for good. The product and its photos are gone for good.

Before you start

• A deleted product does not come back. To only hide it, read “How do I hide a product without deleting it?”.

Steps

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap the Products tab.
3. Tap the small pencil on the product photo.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap Delete this product.
6. Read: “This product disappears from Pikbon, with its photos. You can't get it back.”
7. Tap Delete for good.
8. Wait for “Product deleted”.

If you change your mind

• Tap Keep it: nothing is deleted.

If it doesn't work

• You see “We couldn't delete it. Try again.”? Check your connection, then start again.
• You see “Sign in again, then try again.”? Log in again.

Good to know

• You can only delete your own products.
