# How do I reply to a customer?

> Tap Messages at the bottom of the screen, open the chat, write your reply and tap Send. You can also write from an order.

Tap **Messages** at the bottom of the screen, open the chat, write your reply, then tap **Send**.

## Steps

1. Tap **Messages**, at the bottom of the screen.
2. To see only your buyers, tap **Buyers**.
3. Tap the customer's chat.
4. Write in **Write a message…**.
5. Tap **Send**.

## From an order

1. Open your profile and tap **Orders**.
2. Tap **Message** on the order.

## If it doesn't work

- You see “No conversations yet”? No customer has written to you for now.
- The customer writes on WhatsApp? Reply to them on WhatsApp.
