# How do I publish my product?

> Tap Publish at the bottom, add a photo, the price, the category and the name. One photo is enough to start. Your draft is kept for 14 days.

Tap **Publish** at the bottom of the screen, add a photo, then follow the steps. A photo and a price are enough to start.

## Before you start

- You need a shop. If you have none, Pikbon makes you create one first.
- Have a photo of your real product ready.

## Steps

1. Tap **Publish**.
2. Step **Your product photo**: tap **Add the product photo (or a video)**. It is a photo of what you sell, not your face.
3. Pick your photo, then tap **Next**.
4. Step **The price**: type the price.
5. Pick **New** or **Used**.
6. Say how many you have, then tap **Next**.
7. Step **The category**: tap the icon of your product.
8. Step **The name**: write the name of your product.
9. Tap **Publish**.

## If an extra screen shows up

- **A few details**: for some categories, Pikbon asks for info that helps the buyer.
- **Your WhatsApp**: this screen only comes if your shop has no number. You can skip it.

## After Publish

- You see **It's live!**: your product is visible.
- You see **Sent!**: our team looks at it before showing it.
- To add a description, tap **Add**.

## If you leave before the end

- Your draft is kept on your phone for 14 days.
- Go back to **Publish**: you see **Your draft is back.**
- To start from scratch, tap **Start over**.

## If it doesn't work

- The **Next** button doesn't work? The photo, the price, **New** or **Used**, or the category is missing.
- Your photo won't send? Read “My photo will not upload”.

## Good to know

- By publishing, you confirm that your product follows Pikbon's rules.
- Banned products are refused.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I publish without a description?

Yes. A photo, a price and a category are enough. You can add the description later.

### Can I leave the name empty?

Yes. Pikbon then uses your shop name as the product name.

### I closed the screen before the end. Did I lose everything?

No. Your draft is kept on your phone for 14 days. Go back to Publish to find it.

### Where do I edit a product that is already published?

In your profile, on the Products tab. Tap the small pencil on the product photo.
