# My product is under review

> After Publish, our team may check your product before showing it. Follow its status in your profile, on the Products tab.

Your product is under review when the screen said **Sent!**. Buyers see it as soon as our team approves it.

## Steps

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap the **Products** tab.
3. Find your product. The **Under review** tag means: we are looking at it.
4. Wait. You will be told the decision.

## If you see Rejected

1. Tap the product.
2. Read **Reason**, **Note from the team** and **What to do**.
3. Fix what is asked.
4. Tap **Fix and send again**.
5. Your product goes back under review.

## If it doesn't work

- You see “Too many re-submissions today for this product.”? Try again tomorrow.
- You think it is a mistake? Write to support@pikbon.com.
- The product is of a banned type? It cannot be sold on Pikbon. Tap **Read the publishing rules**.

## Good to know

- The screen says “We'll look at it soon. We'll let you know.” No time is promised.
- A product under review is not visible to buyers.

Check its status in your profile, on the Products tab. Until it is approved, buyers cannot see it.

### Why was my product rejected?

Tap the product: the screen gives the reason and what to do. Possible reasons: banned product, counterfeit, photos not allowed, misleading information, unrealistic promise, contact outside Pikbon, sexual content.
