# Turn notifications on or off

> Settings, then Notifications: one switch per type of message, instant effect. You can also turn on push notifications and mute the sound.

Tap **Settings**, then **Notifications**. Each line has a switch: the change is instant.

## Before you start

- Sign in first. Without signing in, the page has no switches.

## Steps

1. Open your Profile.
2. Tap **Settings**.
3. Tap **Notifications**.
4. Find the group: **Orders and deliveries**, **Messages and replies** or **News and reminders**.
5. Tap the switch on the line you want to turn on or off.
6. For Pikbon tips and news, use the switch in the **Tips and news** group.

## Push notifications and sound

- Tap **Enable push notifications** to receive them on this device.
- Tap **Notification sound** to turn the sound on or off.

## If it does not work

- You see “Notifications blocked in browser”: your browser refuses notifications. Change this setting in your browser.
- You see “Notifications unavailable on this device”: this device cannot receive them.
- You see “Couldn’t save. Try again.”: your choice was not kept. Try again.

## Good to know

- Tips and news stay off until you turn them on.
- No notifications at night, from 9 pm to 7 am, your time.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I stop the tips and news emails?

Go to Settings, then Notifications. Turn off the switch in the “Tips and news” group.

### Why do I get nothing at night?

Pikbon sends no notifications between 9 pm and 7 am, your time.

### I cannot turn on push notifications.

Read the message under the button. If it mentions the browser, change the setting in your browser. Otherwise, try again later.
