# How do I hide a product without deleting it?

Open the product and turn off the **Visible to buyers** switch. The product is paused: nobody can buy it.

## Before you start

- Only a product that is already approved can be paused.

## Steps

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap the **Products** tab.
3. Tap the small pencil on the product photo.
4. Turn off the **Visible to buyers** switch.
5. Wait for “Done: the product is paused.”
6. The product now has the **Paused** tag.

## To put it back online

1. Open the product the same way.
2. Turn on the **Visible to buyers** switch.
3. Wait for “Done: the product is back online.”

## If it doesn't work

- You don't see the switch? The product is not approved yet. Read “My product is under review”.
- You see “That didn't work. Try again.”? Check your connection, then start again.

## Good to know

- The change is immediate. No need to tap **Save**.

### Is a paused product lost?

No. It stays in your profile, on the Products tab, with the Paused tag. You can put it back online.

### Do buyers see a paused product?

No. Nobody can buy it.

### What is the difference with deleting?

A pause can be undone. A deletion cannot.
