# Where do I see my views and my orders?

> Open your profile, Settings, then My results. You see your orders to deliver, this week's orders and the views of your products.

Open your profile, tap **Settings**, then **My results**. You see your orders and the views of your products there.

## Steps

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap **Settings**.
3. Tap **My results**.
4. Read the boxes: **Orders to deliver**, **Orders received this week** and **Views of your products**.
5. To see more, tap **More details**.

## What the boxes mean

- **Orders to deliver**: the orders received that you have not delivered yet.
- **Orders received this week**: the total of the last 7 days. Your test orders are not counted.
- **Views of your products**: how many times people looked at your products since the start.

## If it doesn't work

- You see “We couldn't load your stats right now.”? Check your connection, then reopen the screen.
- You have no views yet? That is normal at the start. Share your shop and check your photos.

## Good to know

- My results is there to help you. Nothing is required.

### Where do I see how many people looked at my products?

In My results, look at the Views of your products box.

### My first product has no views.

That is normal at the start. Share the link to your shop. Also check your photos, your title and your description.
