# How do I read a product page?

> On the page, look at the photos, the price, the condition, the shop and the reviews. Then tap I want it or Add to cart.

The page shows you the photos, the price, the condition and the shop. Look at everything before you tap **I want it**.

## What you see

- The photos: tap the arrows or swipe to see the other images.
- The price, and the average rating with the number of reviews.
- The condition: **New** or **Used**.
- The stock: **In stock** or **Out of stock**.
- The description. If the seller wrote none, there is a voice message under the photo.
- Customer reviews, lower on the page.

## Products with options

1. Choose an option for each attribute, for example the size.
2. The button **Choose a variant** becomes **Add to cart**.

## The buttons

- **I want it**: you order this product.
- **Add to cart**: you keep the product to buy later or with others.
- **Message seller**: you ask a question before buying.
- **Add to favorites**: you keep the product in your list.
- **Share**: you send the product to someone.
- **Report this product**: you tell Pikbon about a problem.

## If it doesn't work

- You see **Out of stock**: you can't order this product for now.
- A message asks you to choose an option: choose a value for each attribute.

## Good to know

- You agree on the delivery price with the shop. Pikbon adds no fee.
- You pay cash on receipt.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I know if a product is new?

Look at the condition on the page: New or Used.

### What if the seller wrote no description?

Listen to their voice message under the photo, or ask with Message seller.

### Where do I see the reviews?

Lower on the page, in the Customer reviews part. A review only appears if a buyer left one.

### What is a bundle?

A product that contains several products. The page says how many.
