# How do I take a delivery as a driver?

> Driver: open Deliveries, pick a job in Available deliveries, collect the parcel from the shop and contact the customer.

Open **Deliveries**, pick a job in **Available deliveries**, contact the shop, then tap **Package picked up** once you have the parcel.

You must be a Pikbon driver first.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings and more**, then tap **Deliveries**.
2. Tap a row to select it. You can select several.
3. Several orders from the same customer? Tap **Claim all** to select them at once.
4. Tap the button at the bottom: “Claim … delivery(ies)”, with the number of jobs you selected.
5. Tap **Contact the shop** to arrange pickup. You can also tap **Call**.
6. Once you have the parcel, tap **Package picked up**.
7. Tap **Contact the customer** to arrange the handover.

## If it doesn't work

- You see “Some deliveries were already taken by another driver. List refreshed.”? Another driver was faster. Pick another job.
- Customer unreachable or address not found? Tap **Report a problem (customer unreachable...)**, then confirm.
- You see “No deliveries available right now.”? There is no job at the moment. Come back later.

## Good to know

- The delivery price is agreed with the shop and the customer. Pikbon does not transfer money.
- The order becomes “Delivered” when the customer taps **I received my order**, or when the shop taps **Mark as delivered**.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I take several deliveries?

Yes. Select several, or tap **Claim all** for orders from the same customer.

### Does Pikbon pay me for the delivery?

No. The price is agreed with the shop and the customer. Pikbon does not transfer money.
