How do I create my shop?

Give your shop name, your username, your country and your WhatsApp number, then tap Create my shop. You add your products right after.

Tap Publish, then write your shop name and your WhatsApp number. Tap Create my shop.

Before you start

• Log in to your account.
• Have your WhatsApp number ready: your customers will write to you on it.

Steps

1. Tap Publish, at the bottom of the screen.
2. Write your shop name in Shop name. For example: Fashion Style.
3. Look at Your username. It fills in by itself from the name.
4. Check your country.
5. Write your number in Your WhatsApp number.
6. Tap Create my shop.

Your username

• A green tick means: Username available.
• It needs 3 to 40 letters or numbers, with no space or accent.
• If the username is taken, tap one of the suggestions.
• Some names are reserved. Pikbon tells you. Pick another one.
• It is the link to your shop. This link never changes.
• You can change your username once every 30 days.

If it doesn't work

• You see “Invalid number for the selected country”? Check your number and your country.
• You see “Please log in first to create your shop.”? Log in, then start again.

Good to know

• By creating your shop, you accept Pikbon's rules.
• Pikbon is for people aged 18 and over.

How long does it take?

Can I change my username later?

Yes, once every 30 days, in “Edit shop”. The link to your shop never changes.
