# How do I buy on Pikbon?

> Open a product, tap I want it, fill in your delivery details and confirm. You pay cash when you receive it, not in Pikbon.

Open a product and tap **I want it**. Confirm your order: you pay cash when you receive your product.

## Before you start

- Log in to your account. You must be 18 or older.
- Get ready your name, your number and your delivery place.
- Write your full number, with the country.

## The steps

1. Open the product you want.
2. Tap **I want it**.
3. Check the product and the price in **Your order**.
4. Change the quantity with “−” or “+” if needed.
5. Fill in **Name for delivery**.
6. Fill in **Your number (so they can reach you)**.
7. Fill in **Delivery place (area, landmark)**.
8. Tap **Confirm my order**.
9. Look for the message **Order saved ✓**.
10. Tap **See my order** to follow it.

## If it doesn't work

- You land on the login page: log in, then tap **I want it** again.
- A box is red: fill it in. For the number, write it in full, with the country.
- The network is down: nothing is sent. Tap **Try again** when it is back.
- You see **Out of stock**: you can't order this product for now.
- The shop is paused: try again later.

## Good to know

- You pay nothing in Pikbon. You pay cash on receipt, to the shop or the driver.
- You agree on the delivery price with the shop. Pikbon adds no fee.
- If you saved your details, you see **Your delivery info**. Tap **Edit** to change them.
- To write to the shop before ordering, tap **Message seller** on the product.
- To buy several products, tap **Add to cart** on each one.

### Do I pay when I confirm my order?

No. Nothing is paid in Pikbon. You pay cash when you receive the product, to the shop or the driver.

### Who sets the delivery price?

You and the shop. Pikbon adds no fee. Write to the seller to agree.

### Why does WhatsApp open after my order?

The shop chose WhatsApp to continue with you. Your order is already saved in Pikbon.

### Can I order without logging in?

No. Log in first. Pikbon is for people aged 18 and over.
