# How do I change my WhatsApp number?

> Open your profile, Settings, My shop, then change your number in My WhatsApp number. A product can also have its own number.

Open your profile, tap **Settings**, then **My shop**. Change your number in **My WhatsApp number**, then tap **Save**.

## Steps

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap **Settings**.
3. Tap **My shop**.
4. Go to the **My WhatsApp number** card.
5. Write your new number in **Your WhatsApp number**.
6. Tap **Save**.

## If you want to turn WhatsApp off

- Turn off the **Receive orders on WhatsApp** switch.
- Your customers then order only inside Pikbon.

## A different number for one product only

1. Open the product with the small pencil.
2. Tap **More options**, then **Contact and rules**.
3. Write the number in the field for this product.
4. Tap **Save**.

- Orders for this product come to this number. If the field is empty, your shop number is used.

## If it doesn't work

- The field is greyed out? The **Receive orders on WhatsApp** switch is off. Turn it on.
- You see “Saving didn't work”? Check your connection, then try again.

## Good to know

- Check the country of your number: it must be the right one.
