# How do I get affiliates for my shop?

> In My Counter, open Affiliates, turn on My shop is looking for affiliates, then accept applications. You only pay for results.

In **My Counter**, open **Affiliates**, turn on **My shop is looking for affiliates**, then answer applications with **Accept** or **Decline**.

Creators share your products. You pay them as agreed. Pikbon does not handle the money.

## Steps

1. Open **My Counter**, then tap **Affiliates**.
2. Turn on **My shop is looking for affiliates**.
3. Choose how you can pay: **Commission on every sale**, **An amount per click**, or **An amount for each block of views (CPM)**. You can also leave it “negotiable”.
4. Tap **Save my offer**.
5. When an application arrives, tap **Accept** or **Decline**. You can also tap **Message before deciding**.
6. Message the affiliate to agree on the amount. Then tap **Note the pay** and tap **Save**.

## Add an affiliate yourself

1. In **Add an affiliate**, write the email of their Pikbon account.
2. Tap **Add**.
3. You can also open **Find creators**, then tap **Message** or **Add**.

## Follow your affiliates

- **Copy share link** copies the affiliate's link.
- **Suspend** pauses their link. **Reactivate** turns it back on. Their results stay visible.
- **Remove** takes them off your list for good.

## If it doesn't work

- “No Pikbon account uses this email.”: check the email.
- “This person is already an affiliate of your shop.”: look for them in **My affiliates**.
- “You've reached the limit of 500 affiliates for this shop.”: remove one to add another.
- “This person is already promoting 15 shops, the maximum allowed.”: pick another creator.

## Good to know

- You can have 500 affiliates at most per shop.
- Answer fast and pay on the promised date. It is what keeps a creator loyal.
- Write the agreement in the chat. It is proof for both of you.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Pikbon take a commission?

No. Pikbon does not handle any payment between you and the affiliate.

### What does my affiliate see?

Their link, visits, purchases, reported views and the pay you noted. They do not see your sales or your customers.

### An affiliate does not respect the agreement. What can I do?

Tap **Suspend** to pause their link, or **Remove** to take them off your list.
